Penis Enlargment Exercises or Extenders?

There are 2 common methods males have used for penis enlargement purposes. One involves performing exercises and the other involves using extender devices. Here are the pro's and con's of each:

Extenders:

Extender devices involve using an external unit to achieve male enhancement results. It is a stretching device which provides a constant traction which is supposed to give both lengthening and widening results. There are a variety of different mechanisms and models available and rule number one with extenders must be safety. You must research around to find a legitimate mechanism to use if you choose to go the extender route.

Extender results:

Generally there is a mixed bag of results with penis extenders. There is much debate over whether or not they really work, some claiming results, while others reporting no results even after using it for over 30 days.

The pro's to extenders are that they are a mechanism which help in doing the work, as opposed to having to perform the work yourself. The con's to extenders are the mixed bag of results being reported, and of course the major safety concern.

Exercises:

Exercises performed for penis enlargement purposes involve using your hands and performing repeated massaging movements. This is supposed to give results in both length and width by creating more vascularity in the tissue, thus a permanent size increase is achieved. The safety risk is lessened greatly with exercises as there is no outside unit or device you use, as you perform the exercises yourself with your own hands.

Exercise results:

Generally exercise results have been more favorable than extender results, and are considered one of the most legit forms of penis enlargement methods. Results can begin to be seen in only a few weeks, with greater results occurring in 30 days or more.

The pro's to exercise are that the results are reported to be much greater, and the method is much safer. The con's to exercise is that you do have to do the work yourself, without a mechanism to assist. But having said that, there are programs which only require around 6 minutes daily worth of work to see very positive results.
